Caesars Entertainment to Open First Non-Gaming Hotel in Arizona

The world’s most diversified and well-known casino and gambling conglomerate, Caesars Entertainment announced its plan to open its first non-gaming hotel in the United States. Caesars is extending its identity from just a gambling company to that of a non-gambling resort that is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The construction of the four-star hotel will apparently start during the second half of this year in Scottsdale owing to its popularity in the tourism industry. The 11-storey hotel will consist of 266 rooms, a 7000 sq. foot ballroom with cutting edge internet and audio-visual system and 34-foot sliding glass doors opening to an adjacent lawn. Along with that, there will be a rooftop pool, coffee shop, bar, a luxury bridal suite and five luxury entertainment suites on its top floor. The five breakout rooms on the second floor can be opened for events hosting up to 200 guests and accommodate around 40 people individually.

Mark Frissora, the CEO and President of the Caesars Entertainment Corporation introduced the new brand on behalf of Caesars Republic Scottsdale and expressed the plans to expand their non-gaming business into the premier destinations. He further stated this project to be their first non-gaming resource in the United States that represents the global strength of their brand. To create a world-class experience in Scottsdale’s vibrant community, they partnered with Aimbridge Hospitality and HCW Development. The President and CEO of the Aimbridge Hospitality, Robert Burg feels honored for this partnership with Caesars Entertainment and is looking forward to manage Caesars Republic Scottsdale.
