US Mortgage Rates Inclined

Long-term mortgage rates in the U.S. inclined this week to their uppermost average in more than four years, increasing up the affordability pressures at the beginning of traditional spring home buying season.

Freddie Mac – a Mortgage buyer mentioned on March 7th 2018 that the average rate on 30 year fixed rate mortgages inclined to 4.46 percent this week from 4.43 percent last week. This marks the elevated average since January 2014. The 30 year rate averaged 4.21 percent one year back.
