It has been notified that in 2017, the average residential property in the U.S. expanded more than USD 15,000 in equity which is the biggest inclination in four years as per analyst at CoreLogic Inc. The residential owners in Texas on average achieved around USD 9000 in home equity in 2017.
It has also been observed that the largest average home equity gains were noticed in California (USD 44,000) and as well as in state of Washington (USD 40,000). Increasing home equity also aided reducing the number of house owners who are underwater with a mortgage to just under 5%. The negative rate of equity is even lower in Texas – 1.5%.
